Custom Flight Controller and Frame for Robofest 5.0
For Round 3 of Robofest 5.0, our team developed a highly customized quadcopter platform. We moved beyond basic assembly by hand-soldering a custom PerfBoard flight controller to manage complex navigation logic. This was paired with a 3D-printed frame tailored to our specific component layout, resulting in a lightweight, repairable, and high-performance drone built from the ground up.
Developed a Lab Tracking System
A modern inventory management system designed for university laboratories. This release brings a complete suite of tools for tracking equipment, managing student loans, and monitoring inventory health in real-time.
Robofest 5.0 Custom Quadcopter Frame
Designed a custom quadcopter frame in Fusion 360 for Robofest Gujarat 5.0. The frame features weight-reduction cutouts across the arms, integrated motor mounts, and a central electronics deck with a dedicated side-mount plate for flight controller placement.
Laptop Bracket FEM Analysis
Finite Element analysis of Laptop Stand v1 ensuring its load bearing and recognising high stress areas for a more structured redesign.

ISRO Drone Competition — Round 2
Selected by ISRO to advance to Round 2 of the national drone competition. Currently in active development, working towards qualifying objectives for the next round.
Robofest Gujarat 5.0 — Finalist
Reached the finals of Robofest Gujarat 5.0 at Science City, Ahmedabad. Developed a custom Visual-Inertial Odometry system using MPU6050, LIDAR, and Raspberry Pi for autonomous drone swarm coordination.
Talk at iCAM-SEEi
Delivered a comprehensive technical review on "Digital Twin Technology in Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing." Discussed applications for smart and sustainable infrastructures and the integration of real-time sensor data with virtual models.
